Overview

Beautiful and mysterious, the spectacular Arabian sea never fails to surprise. It’s in the heart of this great sea that you will undertake your diving expedition, at the magnificent Grande Island.With an average temperature of 28 degrees and visibility of 2-10 metres, the water is warm and comfortable with plenty to discover!

Explore the intriguing shipwreck of SS Rita and a riveting marine life- from Dolphins, Moray Eels and Lionfish to Copper Sweepers, Sweet Lips and vibrant corals.

Your diving expedition can only be spectacular here!

HIGHLIGHTS

Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water and juices.
Carry your things like moisturizer, comb, sunscreen, umbrella, sunglasses, etc.
Avoid bringing or wearing expensive things.
Non-Swimmers can also enjoy scuba diving.
Children above 12 years are only allowed to dive.
People with heart problems, water phobia and pregnant women are strictly not allowed to participate.
A gap of min 18 hrs is required for beginners & 12 hrs for experts, before boarding the flight back home.
Don’t litter and spoil the cleanliness of the sea as well as the area around you.

What you will do

Onboarding: We start the day by signing up for the dive and then a short briefing explaining the principles of diving and your dive equipment.

Pool Training: You will go through an exhaustive swimming pool session with our internationally qualified SSI Instructors at Pool area of 5 star property- Hyatt Centric. The instructors will prep you up for the dive, introduce you to the gear and make sure you get an extraordinary experience underwater, after-all, ‘Zindagi na milegi dobara’!

Once our trainers give us a go ahead, we’ll head towards the Jetty where we will board the boat and from there off to the Arabian waters.

En route Grande Island, our Instructors will guide and brief you on the dive as you sit and munch on delicious snacks, fruits and juices on-board. And oh! Do keep a watch out for the spirited dolphins welcoming you to the Sea.

Once at Grande Island, you’ll realize that you are at the heart of the great sea! Spectacular, no? And this is where you’ll have your first dive (dive time: 40 mins). Around 40 feet deep surrounded by over 60 varieties of exotic fish at the site of the British shipwreck Suzy! And while you’re at it, we’ll be catching your moments through the High Definition Camera! And with your personal Scuba Instructor guiding you at every step, this dive will submerge you in a mesmerising underwater experience.

What’s more, you can snorkel for free, before or after your dive or go for a swim with life jackets on.

If you’ve chosen the double-dive package, we’ll move to the Majestic fringing Coral reefs of Goa and glide through the unique table corals. Perfect! And with that, you will complete the last leg of your diving expedition!
