Terms & Conditions:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by payment of Non-refundable Advance.
- Balance Due (if any) must be paid before Check-in.
- All packages are ‘group packages’ and the same services/items are applicable to each person in the group.
- Total package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
- Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost.
- We entertain only those persons at the activity spot for whom the booking has been made.
- Free Spirit Journies reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip depending on the prevailing conditions.
Note: In Any circumstances which are out of our control like an earthquake, weather conditions etc. Your trip activity or whole trip can be canceled.
Confirmation Policy:
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 hour of a successful booking.
- In case the preferred camp slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy:
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
- If cancellations are made within 15 days or prior, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
- If cancellations are made between 15-7 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made in less than 7 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- In the event of ‘No show’, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.
Refund Policy: Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
